Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now the pastor. He is also a member of the board of the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping the future generation of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the board for Biblical Counseling. He has written numerous online publications as well as a contributing author to Christ-centered biblical counseling Change lives through God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three children.
